本儀器可進行12V、24V汽車電喇叭的耐久試驗。具有12位LED數碼管顯示，可分別顯示電壓、電流、計數值。由單片計算機控制的計數器自動產生通1秒停4秒的信號，使5路繼電器輸出帶動電喇叭輪流通電。有暫停測試按鈕，可停留在某一路進行電流測試。斷電可保持計數值，通電后繼續計數，如達到計數次數，可通過清零按紐清零。
